We missed it!

Did you see the fireball?
Dang. I didn't either. But lots of people in Canada did!

When I was little a huge fireball flew across the sky over Idaho. I remember sitting on the neighbor's porch and looking! It was called the "Great Daylight Fireball of 1972" and started skimming the earth's atmosphere above Utah heading north. It finally exited the atmosphere over Canada.

I love meteors. :)

PS. *sigh* That rather dates me. I was little, ok?!?
